Privacy policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how Mondero Enterprises Ltd handles personal data when you visit Mr Punter or hold an account with us. We collect what we need to run the account, meet our licence conditions and keep you safe, and nothing more.
What we collect
- Account details: name, date of birth, address, email, phone number.
- Verification documents: photo ID, proof of address and, where required, proof of funds.
- Transactions: deposits, withdrawals, bets and game rounds.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and the cookies described in our cookie policy.
Why we use it
To open and run your account, to process payments, to confirm your age and identity, to prevent fraud and money laundering, to apply the safer gambling limits you set, and, only if you agree, to send offers by email or text. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from account settings.
Who we share it with
Payment processors, identity verification providers, game studios (limited to a player ID and round data), our licensing authority and law enforcement where the law requires it. We don't sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Account and transaction records are kept for five years after the account closes, because anti-money-laundering rules require it. Marketing preferences are deleted when you withdraw consent.
Your rights
If you're in the UK, UK GDPR gives you the right to see the data we hold, to correct it, to ask for deletion where we're not required to keep it, to object to marketing and to take your data elsewhere. Email our data protection team and we reply within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Security
Connections to the site are encrypted, documents are stored in restricted systems, and staff access is logged. Card numbers are handled by the payment processor and never stored by us in full.
