These terms form the agreement between you and Mondero Enterprises Ltd, registered in Majuro, Republic of the Marshall Islands, which operates Mr Punter under Anjouan gaming licence ALSI-152406028-FI2, issued in the Union of the Comoros. By opening an account you accept them. If anything here conflicts with the rules of a specific promotion, the promotion's own rules apply to that promotion only.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to gamble where you live. One account is allowed per person, household, email address, device and payment method. Accounts opened with false details are closed, and any balance above the amount deposited is void.
2. Your account
Keep your password to yourself. Anything done on your account after a correct login is treated as done by you, unless you told us beforehand that your details had been compromised. Tell us straight away if your name, address or payment details change.
3. Deposits
The smallest deposit is £20. We accept Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and selected cryptocurrencies. Credit cards are not accepted. Payment methods must be in your own name; third-party cards and accounts are refused.
4. Withdrawals and verification
Before the first withdrawal we verify your identity with photo ID and a proof of address dated within the last three months. We may ask for proof of the payment method or of the source of funds on larger amounts. Withdrawals go back to the method used for the deposit where that method supports payouts. The smallest withdrawal is £20. Approved debit card withdrawals are sent in under 7 minutes; bank transfers take 1 to 3 working days.
5. Bonuses
Bonuses carry wagering and time limits, set out in the bonus terms. While a bonus is active, the stake per spin or hand is capped at £5. Using bonuses in a way designed to avoid risk, such as covering both sides of a bet, voids the bonus and its winnings.
6. Games and errors
Game results are decided by certified random number generators or, for live games, by the physical outcome at the table. If a game malfunctions, the round is void and stakes are returned. Obvious pricing errors on sports markets may be settled at the correct price.
7. Dormant and closed accounts
An account with no login for 12 months becomes dormant; we'll email you before that happens. You can close your account at any time from settings or through live chat, and any withdrawable balance is paid out to you.
8. Complaints
Email our support team or use live chat. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 days. If you're not satisfied with our final answer, you can refer it to the licensing authority in Anjouan. We do not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence, so UK dispute services do not handle our complaints.
9. Disclaimer
